ORDER
This petition is filed seeking to quash all further proceedings in Crime
No.2346 of 2016 of the Kollam West Police Station.
Prosecutor submitted that after the completion of the investigation, the final report has been laid before the jurisdictional court, and the case is now pending as CC No.340/2017 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kollam.
In that view of the matter, reserving the right of the petitioner to
challenge the final report, if so advised, this petition is closed.
