ORDER
Eventhough fresh notice was ordered to respondent Nos.1 to 3 on 18.01.2022, no steps were taken for sending the notice. Later, when the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 25.05.2023, it was ordered that if no steps are taken within a period of three days from the date of the order the Crl.M.C shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
Today when the matter came up for consideration, it is seen from the records that, no steps taken, even now. Therefore, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as non-prosecution.
