JUDGMENT
The appeal is filed assailing the judgment passed by the Court of the Sessions Judge, Kozhikode in Criminal Appeal No.386/2014 holding the 1st respondent not guilty for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and thereby setting aside the conviction and sentence imposed on him by the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Thamarasseri in S.T.No.689/2011.
