It is submitted by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner that part payments have already been effected in pursuance to the judgments of this Court. It is submitted that basic pension and commutation of pension have already been disbursed to the petitioner. It is stated that terminal earn leave surrender amount of Rs.12,97,126/- is pending payment and that appropriate steps to release the said amount will be taken without delay. The pay revision amounts and terminal earn leave surrender amounts have already been sanctioned and that the amounts will be disbursed without delay.

In the above view of the matter, this contempt of Court Case is closed recording the payments already made as also the submission that the amounts due will be paid without undue delay.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the amounts found due will be paid within one month from today. The claim for interest is left open.
