W.P.(C) No.10081 of 2019 was disposed of permitting the
petitioner to prefer a revision petition before the competent authority against Ext.P8 order of the District Collector and directing the 8th respondent-Local Level Monitoring Committee to consider the application of the petitioner.
2. Government Pleader has filed a memo dated
05.08.2023, in which a decision of the Local Level Monitoring Committee has been produced.
In view of the above, no further orders are required in the Contempt of Court Case. The Contempt of Court Case is therefore closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the decision taken by the Local Level Monitoring Committee, if the petitioner is so advised.
