When this matter was called today, Sri.Surin George Ipe – learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that, though his clients has filed an appeal, orders have been issued in terms of the directions of this Court subject to the decision of the learned Division Bench.

The afore is recorded, and this Contempt of Court Case is closed; however, making it clear that all applicable benefits shall be made available to the petitioner subject to the result of the Writ Appeal and that no reservation will be permitted in this regard.

Needless to say, if any further orders are required, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek a rehearing after the decision of the learned Division Bench.
