Dated this the 3rd day of March, 2023
Learned Government pleader made available the rent certificate dated 28.02.2023, as per which the rent for petitioner’s building is re-fixed at Rs.32,256/- per month with effect from 04.12.2012. In view of the re-fixation, this court’s direction stands substantially complied with. Learned Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that, the re-fixed rent with arrears will be paid without delay.
The contempt case is hence closed, reserving the petitioner’s liberty to agitate his grievance, if any, subsisting, before the appropriate authority.
