JUDGMENT

This Contempt Case has been filed on the allegation that, in

spite of the directions in the judgment, all the petitioners have not

¶24

been offered engagement in the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC).

¶25

2 . Sri.Deepu Thankan – learned Standing Counsel for the

¶26

KSRTC, submitted that the petitioners were not found eligible to be

¶27

engaged and that they can be informed of the reasons, through a

¶28

proceedings to be issued not later than one week from today.

¶29

3 . When I examine the judgment in question, this Court had not directed that all the petitioners in the Writ Petition be engaged, but only that their claims be considered. If the KSRTC

¶30

has found any reason not to engage some of them, then certainly

¶31

it is up to the said Authority to inform same through apposite proceedings.

¶32

I, therefore, record the afore submissions of Sri.Deepu Thankan and close this Contempt Case; however, leaving liberty to

the petitioners to invoke and pursue any other remedy that may be
