In view of the order in Bail Application No. 6615/2023 dated 10th August 2023, granting bail to 1st and 2nd accused in the same crime (Crime No 23 of 2023 of Agali Excise Range Office, Palakkad) and since the allegations raised are common, there is no reason as to why the present petitioner, who is accused No.3 should not be granted the same relief more particularly when he is in judicial custody since 6-7-2023.

The petition is allowed on the following conditions:-

(i) The petitioner shall execute bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like-sum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional court;

(ii) Petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer in Crime No.23/2023 of Agali Excise Range Office, Palakkad, on every Saturday at 11.00 A.M. till filing of the final report;

(iii) The petitioner shall not attempt to interfere with the investigation or to influence any witness in Crime No 23/2023

(iv) The petitioner shall not enter the local limits of the Agali Excise Range Office, Palakkad, for three months except to comply with condition No.2 above or to attend any Court proceedings.

(v) The petitioner shall not involve in any other crime while on bail.

(vi) If any of the aforesaid conditions are violated, the investigating officer in Crime No 23/2023 of Agali Excise Range Office, Palakkad, may file an application before the jurisdictional court to cancel the bail.
