ORDER
These Bail Applications are filed by the accused in Crime No.27/2023 of Kasaba Police Station. Today, when these bail applications came up for consideration, the Public Prosecutor, after getting instructions, submitted that the Investigating Officer is of the opinion that the matter is to be referred. The Investigating Officer is awaiting report from his superior officer. If that be the case, these bail applications can be disposed of recording the same.
If the petitioners are arrested in connection with Crime No.27/2023 of Kasaba Police Station, they shall be released on bail on executing a self bond.
These bail applications are disposed of as above.
