Though an order was passed by this Court on 09.05.2023 directing the petitioner to surrender, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that he did not appear before the Investigating Officer. There is no representation for the
petitioner on the last two occasions.
Under such circumstances, I am not inclined to pass any
orders in this case. Hence, the bail application is dismissed.
