This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the petitioner in Crime No.1267 of 2018 of Mangalapuram Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram where the prosecution alleges commission of offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326 and 308 of IPC and 27 of Arms Act.
Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not intended to proceed with the matter, this petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
