This bail application is filed apprehending arrest from respondent in connection with the notice received as evident by Annexure-5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this notice is issued only to record the statement and there is no question of arresting the petitioner.

Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this bail application is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if there is any further grievance. If the arrest of the petitioner is necessary, notice should be issued under appropriate proceedings.
