This is an application for anticipatory bail filed under section
438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the accused in crime No.298/2019 of Kalladikkode police station, where the accused alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of the Kerala Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
2. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor.
At the time of hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report filed. Recording the submission, this anticipatory bail application stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to move for regular bail before the jurisdictional court, in accordance with law.
