O R D E R
When this bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report in Crime No. 3430 of 2019 is already submitted before the Jurisdictional Court. If that is the case, the petitioner can surrender before the Jurisdictional Court if not already appeared. During the pendency of this bail application, there was an order not to arrest the petitioner.
Therefore, if any application for bail is submitted before the Jurisdictional Court, the Jurisdictional Court will consider the fact that there was an interim order during the pendency of this bail application to the effect that the petitioner shall not be arrested.
With the above observation, this bail application is closed.
