This is an application for regular bail filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by the 1st accused in Crime No.508 of 2022 of Aroor Police Station, Alappuzha, where the accused alleged to have possessed 185 gram of MDMA and 75.5 gram of Hashish Oil in a car bearing registration No.TN-43-X-6467 and hence committed offences punishable under Sections 20(b) (ii)A, 22(C) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Special Court/Sessions Court dealing with this matter, for information and further guidance.
