This is an application for anticipatory bail filed in the year 2022 in Crime No.1539 of 2021 of Thrikkakara Police Station, Ernakulam District, alleging commission of offences under Sections 323, 324 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor that following investigation, a final report has been filed in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the matter has been settled between the parties.

Taking into consideration the above submission, this bail application is closed, making it clear that the petitioner will appear on summons from the Jurisdictional Court and seek bail from the Jurisdictional Court.
