J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.2298 of 2021, complaining about the manner of investigation that is being conducted in the aforesaid crime. When the writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted upon instruction that, the investigation in this case is almost complete and the conclusion they have arrived is that, the vehicle of the petitioner is not involved and they are taking steps to file a report excluding the accused from the aforesaid case. The aforesaid submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed.
