JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of directions to the

respondents to immediately award works to the petitioner in respect of the

tender submitted by him in relation to work No.NIT No.111/NIT/EE Kvt/2016-

17, Name of work procurement and Supply of Cement in the store yard/work

site at Kavaratti and for ancillary reliefs.

It appears from Ext.P5 that the last date of submission of bids was on 18.03.2017. This Court, by an interim order dated 09.01.2018, had permitted the petitioner to participate in the tender proceedings launched by

the 2nd respondent if there are no other legal impediments standing in the

way other than the one recited in Ext.P3, which according to the petitioner

had ended up in acquittal. It appears that the petitioner had also participated

in the tender proceedings.

Now that the tender period has expired long back and the work has

also been completed, nothing further survives in this writ petition.

This writ petition is closed.
