JUDGMENT
When this writ petition came up for consideration,
the counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, even though a registered letter is send to the petitioner, the same is returned with an endorsement 'not known'. In the light of the same, the counsel submitted that, there is no instruction from the party.
Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
