The petitioner is working as clerk at the

Commissionerate of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Thiruvananthapuram. She was placed under suspension on 07.01.2020 and was later served with Ext.P1 memo of charges, dated 28.05.2020. The petitioner submitted Ext.P2 explanation to the memo of charges. Thereafter, vide Ext.P3 proceedings dated 25.06.2020, the petitioner was reinstated in service. The limited relief sought in this writ petition is for expeditious completion of the disciplinary proceedings.

I heard Adv.M.G.Sreejith, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Adv. P.A.Aziz, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. The learned Standing Counsel submitted, on instructions, that, the disciplinary proceedings are almost complete.

The Writ Petition is hence disposed of, directing the
