JUDGMENT
When this writ petition came up for consideration, the
counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the
respondent is no more and a memo to that effect is also filed on
13.06.2016. No steps are taken in this writ petition to implead the legal heirs. When this writ petition came up for consideration
on 22.11.2022, there was no representation. Today also there is
no representation for the petitioner. In the light of the fact that
the respondent is no more, no orders can be passed in this case. Therefore, this writ petition is closed.
