The petitioner filed this writ petition
seeking a direction to the first respondent to disburse the educational loan of Rs.6,00,000/he had applied for.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted, on
instructions that, the petitioner's grievance does not subsist now, since the Bank has already disbursed Rs.2,00,000/- on 08.06.2022, which covers the two year course already completed. It is submitted that the Bank proposes to disburse the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/- at the rate
of Rs.1,00,000/- every year, subject to the petitioner producing proof of having paid the fees.
The writ petition is accordingly closed, recording the submission that the balance loan
amount will be disbursed, subject to the
