JUDGMENT
The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that secured asset in this case was purchased by the bank itself and that they are willing to consider a settlement, if the petitioner approaches the respondent with an appropriate offer.
In view of the above submission, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to pursue the appropriate remedy. Permission granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
