JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a stage carriage operator.
As per Ext.P3, the petitioner has sought for
modification of timings. The application is
pending consideration. The petitioner seeks for
restoration of the original timings which happened
to be modified pursuant to a circular No.3/1997
relating to running time. In O.P.No.12774/1997,
this Court has held the circular to be not in
force. It is accordingly that the application has
been filed.
2.It is reported by the learned Government
Pleader that a meeting of the authority has been
scheduled to be held next month in virtual mode.
The application submitted by the petitioner
seeking modification shall be considered and
orders passed in the said meeting.
Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
