The petitioner is a Contractor, who has been doing Janitorial/House Keeping work along with other contractors at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC). The contractors were required to reconsider the rate offer quoted in their respective tender applications, as per Ext.P3. The petitioner seeks consideration of Ext.P1 representation submitted to the Chief Controller of the VSSC.
