This writ petition was filed seeking to direct respondents 1 to 4 to issue necessary orders not to restrict the members of the petitioner-Association in Kerala to attend the Holy Mass in Churches on Sundays following Covid-19 protocol.
The learned Government Pleader submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, there are changes in the Covid protocol and the writ petition has become infructuous to that extent. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again if the situation warrants.
