JUDGMENT
On 28.11.2022, when the matter came up for hearing there was no representation.
directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to serve a copy of the writ petition on the counsel for the Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd., Thiruvananthapuram. However no copy was served. Subsequently, when the matter came up before this Court on 09.12.2022, a direction was issued to show the name of the Standing Counsel for the Kerala State Electricity Board. Again, when the matter came up before this Court on 16.12.2022 also, the Registry was directed to to show the name of the Standing Counsel of the Electricity Board in the cause list.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-
prosecution.
