JUDGMENT
The learned standing counsel for the Panchayat submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 3.8.2022, the Panchayat is not in a position to release funds for any developmental activities. The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the petitioners do not intend to stall any developmental activities in the Panchayat and seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to avail any other remedy available to them in law.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
