sq.feet of land in Sy.No. 403/21-1-1 of Choondal Village in Thrissur District. According to the petitioner, she purchased the property in the year 2021. In the above property, a shop room having 200 sq.feet has been existing for the last 20 years. For protecting damage to the building on account of excessive heat and rains and also considering the age, it is submitted by the petitioner that she has decided to erect a truss in the above shop room, which according to the petitioner is purely temporary in nature and not requiring any permission form the respondent Panchayat. Petitioner started to erect the truss in the above shop room. Thereafter, the petitioner received a notice dated 4.3.2021 pointing out certain violations and calling upon the petitioner to stop the construction activities and report the 2nd respondent Panchayat. Ext.P6 notice is issued based on the complaint of the 6th respondent. The petitioner submitted Ext.P8 representation after getting Ext.P6. The main grievance of the petitioner is that without considering Ext.P8, the Panchayat is proceeding against the petitioner.
