JUDGMENT

The petitioner states that he is a member of the Kerala Motor Transport Workers Welfare Fund Board with membership Number 04/S/C (H) 169 and Ext.P1 is the identity card issued in that regard. He has submitted Ext.P3 application for pension before the 2^nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application is not so far considered by the respondents.

Heard Smt. Lekshmi S.Sekhar, the counsel for the petitioner and Sri. P.Ramakrishnan, the learned Standing counsel for the respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider Ext.P3 application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate
