The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the 3rd respondent to approve the appointment of the Manager of the Devaswom School by considering Exts.P3 request dated 10.06.2003 and P4 decision dated 05.01.2003 of the General Body of the Devaswom and to pass orders on Ext.P7 complaint dated 10.06.2003 made by the Governing Body of the School before the 3rd respondent and to take immediate steps to redress the grievance projected in Ext.P7 complaint within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The petitioner has also sought for a writ of mandamus commanding the 4th respondent to receive and collect money, fees contribution, donation, etc., towards the funds maintained for the development of the School and deposit the amount in her official account as the Principal of the School, pending disposal of the writ petition.
