JUDGMENT
The 1st petitioner is a holder of Ext.P1 regular
permit to operate service on the route KozhikodePalakkad. According to the 1st petitioner, he intends to transfer the permit along with the vehicle to the 2nd petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioners have filed Ext.P2 joint application seeking permission of the respondents to transfer Ext.P1 permit in favour of the 2nd petitioner under Section 82 (1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
