Counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed seeking police protection when certain persons were obstructing the construction of Petroleum Retail Out. Now as that the construction is complete, police protection may not be required at this stage. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court
again for police protection, if situation so warrants.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
