Grievance of the petitioner is that an application submitted by him as Ext.P6 for ascertainment of the excess land with reference to
survey records is not yet considered.
The learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the representation is pending consideration.
In the said circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation after hearing the petitioner and such other interested persons at the earliest, at any rate, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
