The petitioner states that she is working as an Office Attendant in SM UPS, Nediyasala, an aided school managed by the 4th respondent. She asserts that she was originally appointed as a Peon in SSHS, Kanthippara from 27.11.2001 to 29.01.2002 in a leave vacancy, which appointment stands approved. Later she was reappointed for the period from 22.01.2009 to 27.03.2009 as is evident from Exts.P1 and P1(a). She asserts that she was appointed as Part-Time Menial at St.George TTI, Vazhakkulam against regular vacancy under the same management with effect from 01.06.2012 onwards and the said appointment also stood approved. According to the petitioner, she was promoted as Full-Time Menial with effect from 16.08.2014 onwards at SM HSS, Arakkuzha on a regular basis, and the same was also approved as is evident from Exts.P2 and P3. It was thereafter that she was promoted as Office Attendant at SM UPS, Nediyasala, with effect from 01.01.2020 where she is presently working.
