JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:
(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, or order restraining the 1st respondent from interfering with the operation of services by the petitioner following the request made vide Exhibit P9 intimation invoking the provisions of Rule 214 of the KMV Rules.
(ii) To pass such orders or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
