In view of the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take up Exts.P3 to P5 and complete the proceedings of survey and to accept the tax from the petitioner regarding the properties based on the result of the survey. Necessary orders shall be issued within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
