JUDGMENT
Petitioner complains that the respondents are not accepting the property tax due on the building bearing No.KMC 17/614, 17/622 and 17/623. Various reasons are alleged by the respondents for not accepting the property tax. Hence the petitioner preferred Ext.P2 representation before the first respondent and the same is pending consideration.
the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.M.K.Chandramohan Das, the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.
of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation in a time bound manner.
