When the case is taken up today, it is submitted by the counsel for the 2nd respondent that the petitioner has already remitted the entire loan amount and the Bank has no objection to hand over the documents to the petitioner.
The above submission is recorded and the writ petition is closed directing the Bank to return the documents as and when the petitioner approaches for the same.
