JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
“(a) Writ of mandamus directing R1 to issue the transfer certificate of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a specified time.
(b) Writ of mandamus directing R1 to return all the documents produced by the petitioner at the time of admission.
(c) Any appropriate writ declaring that the petitioner is liable only to pay the amount payable as per CI.12.2.4(a) (ii) of Ext.P12 as liquidated damages and
(d) Any other appropriate directions that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant.”[SIC]
consideration on 20.09.2014, this Court passed an order in I.A.No.12459/2014, which is extracted hereunder:
“There shall be a direction to the first respondent to

release the documents of the petitioner on payment of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand only) and also on executing a bond by the father of the petitioner undertaking that if ultimately the writ petition is dismissed, he will pay the balance amount claimed by the respondent-College. This shall be done forthwith.”
consideration on 24.02.2022, there was no representation for the parties. Therefore the case was listed today. Today also there is not representation for the petitioner. Probably the prayers in the writ petition may be infructuous. Recording the above interim order, this writ petition can closed.
Therefore, this writ petition is closed recording the interim order dated 20.09.2014.
