Before the writ court, in W. P. (C) No. 19207 of 2013,
petitioners have sought for the following reliefs:-
“i) Call for the records leading to Ext.P22 and quash the same by issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction;
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing respondents 1 to 6 to allow the petitioners to complete the construction of prayer hall in terms of Ext.P2 and P3 permit and approved plan; and conduct the prayers.”
