Dated this the 18th day of November, 2022
The original petition was filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider Exts.P1 and P2 and to make payment to the petitioner, after taking into account the escalation of rates. By judgment dated 22.02.2000, the original petition was disposed of with the following observations:
“Since the contract work was completed and there was no dispute regarding admissibility, the admitted bills should be paid within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, failing which it will carry 12% interest from the date of submission of the bills.”
