The Review Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by clause (c) in the judgment dated 14.11.2022 which reads as under :

“(c) On the last Saturday of every month, the father shall drop the child at the residence of the maternal grandparents at 5 pm and after a week, on the next Sunday at 11 am, he shall take back the child from the same place.”

The petitioner expressed his difficulty to take the child to the house of the respondents and also return of the child from their house and requested to change the venue.

Having considered the difficulty now

expressed by the petitioner, we modify that order changing the venue as Family Court, Thalassery at 11.00 am on Saturday and return the child after one week on Monday at 3.30 pm through the Family Court premises.

The Review Petition is disposed of, modifying the order as above.
