JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant fairly
submitted that the appeal may be returned for proper
presentation before the court having jurisdiction. It
is also submitted that, it was mistakenly filed before
this Court. Hence, the appeal is returned with the
court fee paid, so as to enable the appellant to file
the same before the court having jurisdiction over the
matter. There is no appearance for the respondents. As
such, time granted up to 10.03.2022 for representation
of the appeal before the court having jurisdiction.
