The petitioners are the decree holders in OP(MV)

No.1122 of 2009 of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Mavelikara. They have filed E.P No.9 of 2018 seeking execution of the award. All that the petitioner seeks for is an expeditious disposal of the Execution Petition.

The Execution Petition being of the year 2018 and the Original Petition being of the year 2019, necessarily proceedings in execution are to be expedited.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Mavelikara to expedite the proceedings in E.P No.9 of 2018 on its files and to take the proceedings to a logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible

and at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
