advice on account of the abovesaid ban order in question etc. Further that, not even a single candidate has been adviced by the PSC from Annexure A2 rank list and that therefore, by the mandate contained in the 4th proviso to Rule 13 of the KPSC, Rules of procedure, the rank list stood extended for a further period of one year from the three year period and that thus Annexure A2 rank list was expired on 08.05.2020. We are not in a position to clearly ascertain as to the correct facts and figures relating to the reporting of vacancies in question and as to whether, vacancies were reported for category of post covered by Annexure A2 ranklist in which the applicants have been included, or whether vacancies have been reported only for the category of posts covered by Annexure A4 in which the applicants are not included etc. In tune with the directions already issued by us in the common judgment dated 28.02.2022 in OP(KAT) No.290/2021 and connected cases, it is ordered that if vacancies of the category of post covered by Annexure A2 have been reported by the appointing authority, before the expiry of Annexure A2 rank list and if any of those vacancies are substantive vacancies which have arisen before 09.05.2018, and if advice have not so far been made from Annexure A2 ranklist etc, then the PSC may consider taking further action in accordance with law, to advice candidates from Annexure A2 ranklist as against such vacancies in the category of post covered by
