JUDGMENT
This Original Petition was filed at time when there was no regular sitting at the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam. Now, it is reported that regular sitting has commenced at the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Ernakulam. The petitioner has already filed a Securitization Application along with an application for stay. It is reported that pursuant to the interim order dated 13.01.2022, the petitioner paid a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the respondent bank.
The Original Petition is disposed of as above.
