The original petition is filed, inter alia, to direct the

Court of the Additional District Judge-I, Thiruvananthapuram, to dispose of Ext P1 application within a time frame.

The petitioners have filed Ext P1 application seeking to review the order dated 18.11.2021 in IA No.69/2021 and appoint an administrator as per provisos to clause VII of the scehme.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent drew the attention of this Court to order dated 21.5.2022 passed in I.A 87/22 in O.S 5/1990, whereby the court below has passed an interim order, as a stop-gap arrangement, by appointing the present
