The respondents in O.P.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvalla are the appellants. The respondent filed O.P.No.23 of 2013 seeking recovery of gold ornaments and money. As per the judgment dated 11.05.2018 the original petition was decreed allowing the respondent to recover 26 sovereigns of gold ornaments or its price along with interest and also a sum of Rs.75,000/- along with interest.
